MUN Lab is essentially a 1 day-long Model UN-workshop, where around 50 Albanian youngsters aged 16-27 years old will learn in an interactive setting, about what it takes to be a MUN participant, how to better prepare for such conferences and how to further develop their leadership and negotiation skills.
Given UNA Albania’s objective to turn Model United Nations Albania (MUN Albania) into a tradition, and considering the need to further promote the concept and educate the Albanian youth on the MUN World and the necessary skills required not only for participating to such conferences but also required by the job market, MUN Lab has been conceived as an integral and complementary part of the MUN Albania initiative.
This first edition of MUN Lab will offer the chance to its participant to learn more on the following topics:
- Model UN Basics
- Preparation and Research;
- Public Speaking;
- Resolution Writing;
- Lobbying, Tactics, and Strategies;
- Brief simulation
The workshop will be held by this MUN Secretariat members, Géza Kovács-Dobák (Secretary General), Stivi Canka (Deputy Secretary-General) and Luca Tesei Li Bassi (Chairperson of OSCE Ministerial Council) at this MUN.
